These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the recruitment process of
KMK (“the Company”).
By submitting your application and related documents through this platform, you acknowledge
that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Introduction
These Terms apply to all individuals (“Candidate” or “you”) submitting an
application for employment
with the Company. They outline the conditions under which your personal data and
submitted materials will be
collected, processed, and used, as well as the expectations and limitations of the

Data Collection and Use
Personal Data: As part of the application process, the Company will collect

including, but not limited to, your name, preferred name, email address, phone
number, resume/CV,
portfolio, and any additional documents you provide.

Managing the recruitment process.
Considering your profile for future job opportunities within the Company

Case Study and Assessment Submissions
