Your Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the recruitment process of KMK (“the Company”). By submitting your application and related documents through this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

   These Terms apply to all individuals (“Candidate” or “you”) submitting an application for employment with the Company. They outline the conditions under which your personal data and submitted materials will be collected, processed, and used, as well as the expectations and limitations of the recruitment process.

2. Data Collection and Use
   1. Personal Data: As part of the application process, the Company will collect personal information including, but not limited to, your name, preferred name, email address, phone number, resume/CV, portfolio, and any additional documents you provide.
   2. Purpose of Processing: Your personal data will be used for:
      • Evaluating your suitability for the role applied.
      • Managing the recruitment process.
      • Considering your profile for future job opportunities within the Company (talent pool).
   3. Retention: The Company may retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated above, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
   
   
3. Introduction
   1. All information and documents submitted will be treated as confidential and accessed only by authorized Company personnel involved in the recruitment process.
   2. The Company will take reasonable measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
   
   
4. Case Study and Assessment Submissions
   1. As part of the recruitment process, you may be required to complete case studies, assignments, or other assessments (“Submissions”).
   2. All Submissions will become the property of the Company and may be used solely for evaluation purposes.
   3. The Company does not require exclusivity in your Submissions; however, it will not be liable for any conflicts arising from your reuse of such work.

6. Recruitment Process and Communication
   1. Submission of an application does not guarantee progression to the next stage of the recruitment process or an offer of employment.
   2. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further stages of the recruitment process.
   
   
7. No Guarantee of Employment

   Your application and participation in the recruitment process do not constitute an offer or guarantee of employment. Any employment offer will be subject to additional conditions, such as background checks, reference checks, and signing of an employment agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

   The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or in connection with:

   1. Technical issues or interruptions in the application platform.
   2. Unauthorized access to your data due to circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
   3. Any reliance you place on information provided during the recruitment process.
   
   
9. Governing Law

   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Acceptance of Terms

    By checking the box and submitting your application, you:

    1. Confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
    2. Consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as outlined herein.
    3. Acknowledge that the Company may contact you regarding your application or future opportunities.
